The goal of credit repair is to remove questionable negative information from credit reports. This is not an exact science and there are cases in which we may be unsuccessful. Our clients are protected with our 180-day warranty. If you sign up for a monthly service with Cordova Financial and do not see any questionable items deleted from your credit in 180 days or your score haven’t increased by at least 50 points combined, you will be entitled to a full refund in monthly fees. This does not mean that your credit will be fixed completely during that period, but you should see some of your questionable negative items deleted or an increase to your score in this period or your money back.
The Money-Back Guarantee is strictly contingent upon your compliance with the following terms and conditions:
- Refund eligibility begins only after 180 days of active participation in the program. Any cancellation or missed payment within the initial 180 days will void this guarantee.
- You must not create or cause any new derogatory trade lines to appear on your credit report after starting the program.
- You must not have any missed payments on any open positive accounts (existing or newly added) during the program.
- You must submit all credit-related correspondences (via mail, fax, or email) to Cordova Financial within seven (7) days of receipt.
- You must make all program payments on time as per this agreement.
- Proof of identity (driver’s license & Social Security card) must be submitted within five (5) days of enrollment.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing. You agree to give Cordova Financial ten (10) business days from the date of the receipt of the refund request letter to review your credit report, audit your account, verify that no negative items have been removed, and ascertain the reason for this occurring.
- You must maintain uninterrupted credit monitoring service through MyFreeScoreNow using the link provided to you.
- You should actively work on reducing debt on open credit card accounts. (Upon request, we can provide closing dates to help you track when balances are reported.)
- If you have no open credit accounts, you must open a secured loan (e.g., Self Lender) within 30 days of starting the program.
- If you do not have an open credit card, you must obtain one within 60 days of enrollment.
- Refunds are limited to payments made within the first 180 days of service only. If no changes are made to your credit history after 180+ days, you may request a refund, but it will be capped at 180 days of service fees.
